Interlibrary Loan

Blue circle with the words "Looking for more?" in white text

Interlibrary loan is a resource sharing service. Items can be borrowed from libraries all over the United States. Please remember to always check our catalog first. Then, if you are unable to locate the item(s) you need, simply click here for the interlibrary loan form. Fill out the form with as much information as possible. Then click SEND.  The Interlibrary Loan staff will search for the item.  You will be notified when the item(s) arrive or if the request cannot be found.

Interlibrary loans are checked out for the same amount of time as one of our library's own items. Renewal is not always possible. Magazine articles not found on any of the Ebscohost databases (found on Online Resources) can be requested. The lending library may charge for printing of the article.

Your request will be ordered immediately, but there is no guarantee when the item will arrive. Requesting items through interlibrary loan is a FREE service of Logan County Libraries.
