The Celebrate Ohio Featured Authors Program Series is an event at The Grove Community Center in West Liberty. February's event features the Fly Guy book series by Tedd Arnold and will be a thematic educational program designed for ages 0-6. This program is funded in part through a federal Institute of Museum and Library Services LSTA Grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio.
